Industry leaders choose ALL-P GROUP

We specialize in industrial concrete flooring, including high-performance topping floors. We guarantee top-tier quality, on-time delivery, and results you can rely on.
  • 18 years of industry experience

We have extensive experience in industrial construction and the delivery of complex turnkey projects. Our company works with leading brands and major industrial enterprises in Georgia and Uzbekistan.
  • Technical supervision and support

We provide full engineering oversight: develop detailed technical execution plans, select optimal technical solutions, perform topographic surveying, and conduct laboratory testing of the substrate.
  • Modern equipment fleet

We have fully mechanized the concrete flooring process. High precision and performance are ensured by our Laser Screed concrete placer and Spreader distributor, while powerful double-rotor trowel machines (120 cm) deliver an exceptionally smooth, dense, and wear-resistant surface.
  • Certificates and Warranty

All materials we use are officially certified and come with quality passports, sanitary and hygiene approvals, test reports, and fire safety certificates. We provide a warranty of 2 years or more on both materials and completed works.
  • In-house warehouse

We maintain a constant stock of essential materials, enabling us to launch projects without waiting for deliveries and ensuring uninterrupted supply at every construction stage.
  • Test Pouring

Before signing the contract, we carry out a test concrete pour at the client’s site — a 15–20 m² section for floors with dry-shake topping. We can also arrange a visit to previously completed projects so the client can see the results under real operating conditions.
What Are Topping Concrete Floors?
A topping concrete floor is an industrial flooring solution in which a hardening compound (topping) made of quartz, corundum, or metal shavings is applied and troweled into fresh concrete. This method significantly increases the strength and wear resistance of industrial concrete floors, protects them from dust, impacts, and chemical exposure, and extends their service life.

Why Choose a Topping Concrete Floor?

Topping Floor Installation Technology

  • Substrate Preparation
We level and compact the substrate, and install waterproofing and a blinding layer.
Proper substrate preparation helps prevent future settlement, shrinkage, cracking, and deflection of the concrete slab.
  • Reinforcement of the Concrete Slab
Before pouring, we mark the work areas, install guides and permanent formwork, and plan for expansion joints.
Depending on the design loads, we use reinforcing cages, metal or basalt mesh, and fiber for spatial reinforcement.
  • Concrete Placement and Leveling
Concrete is distributed using a Laser Screed placer. This equipment allows precise placement on any slope while maintaining a perfectly flat surface with deviations no greater than 1 mm. Productivity can reach up to 4,500 m² per shift.
  • Application and Troweling of Topping
A dry hardening mixture (topping) is evenly applied to the freshly placed concrete using a Spreader distributor. The mixture is worked into the surface with powerful double-rotor trowel machines (Ø120 cm), creating a dense, smooth, wear-resistant layer with enhanced strength.
After troweling, a sealer is applied to close the concrete pores and reduce dust formation.
  • Joint Cutting and Surface Treatment
Once the concrete reaches the required strength, shrinkage and temperature joints are cut to prevent uncontrolled cracking.
After 28 days, when the concrete has fully dried, the joints are sealed with a special elastic compound.

Where Topping Concrete Floors Are Suitable

ALL-P Group topping floors are installed in facilities where strength and durability are critical: industrial and manufacturing plants, metallurgical and petrochemical workshops, food production facilities, assembly lines, logistics warehouses, social institutions, parking areas, and car service centers.

Car Services and Parking Areas

Topping concrete floors provide a dust-free surface, allowing painting and finishing works, protecting vehicle electronics, and withstanding the impact of dropped parts.
The floors are resistant to chemical exposure, gasoline, and tire abrasion, do not produce sparks, and maintain their performance characteristics for decades.

Warehouses and Logistics Complexes

Topping floors withstand intensive equipment traffic and quickly pay off by reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
The perfectly flat surface protects forklifts and stackers — less vibration, fewer repairs.

Mechanical Engineering Facilities

Topping floors are used in railcar repair depots, aircraft hangars, and conveyor zones.
They withstand heavy machinery, trolleys, and overhead cranes, remain dust-free, are spark-free and fire-resistant, and maintain their performance characteristics for decades.

Industrial and Food Production Workshops

Durable and hygienic topping floors are dust-free, easy to clean, and resistant to moisture and temperature fluctuations.
They do not crack during freeze-thaw cycles and maintain their performance characteristics for decades.

Energy and Power Facilities

Topping floors provide a dust-free and spark-free surface that protects both equipment and personnel.
High impact resistance allows the floor to withstand the dropping of heavy objects.

Processing Industry

Тopping floors in metallurgical and petrochemical facilities provide a durable, long-lasting, and safe surface.
The dust-free and spark-free surface protects equipment and personnel, while chemical resistance shields the floor from aggressive substances.
High impact strength allows the floor to withstand the dropping of heavy objects.
