Concrete flooring for food production

Bliss, Meva, and Marinelle are brands commonly found in supermarkets across the city. They belong to Uzbekistan's largest food holding, Agromir Group, for which All-P Group carried out concrete flooring works at the reconstructed industrial facilities.

Types of work at the site

Installation of industrial concrete floors with a dry hardener (topping) for a canning factory. Installation of two-component polyurethane systems and marking with polyurethane paints. The work was carried out in compliance with HACCP standards (a system designed to identify, analyze, control, and manage risks in food production). Installation of a two-layer reinforced frame and topping concrete floors for a food production facility and a warehouse complex.
At the site, we also used colored topping for enhanced aesthetics and durability of the concrete floors at the facility. Colored toppings contain pigments that allow the concrete surface to achieve the desired shade, in addition to increasing the floor's strength characteristics. Unlike regular painting of concrete, cement, or asphalt, which tends to wear off, topping penetrates deep into the microstructure of the concrete, ensuring that the color of the surface remains intact for many years.
Our goal is not only to carry out the work with high quality but also to provide personalized consultations for the client, selecting the best solutions for their specialized facility. Thanks to our approach and the proper selection of polymer systems tailored to the enterprise's loads and requirements, the industrial flooring will maintain its efficiency for many years.
Once again, ALL-P Group successfully met the company's requirements and received appreciative feedback upon the project's completion.
