The Coca-Cola brand is one of the most well-known soft drinks global producer, and we were honoured to collaborate with the brand multiple times. Our story with the Coca-Cola began in Georgia and continued in the Samarkand region of Uzbekistan.
About the project:
The project started with a challenging six-month negotiation process, that resulted in our success in a tender procedure. A decisive factor in concluding this contract was the positive feedback from Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia, where All-P Group delivered high-quality industrial flooring solutions. Our clear understanding of industry standards, project requirements, and proven expertise in similar facilities assured the client of our qualification.
For this particular project, All-P was entrusted with the installation of advanced industrial concrete floors, we utilize topping and curing techniques for interior zones, raw material warehouse, water treatment area, main production facility, and goods warehouse—covering a total area of 20,000 m². Additionally, we completed the installation of heavy-duty concrete roads and installed the external screed at the outdoor area that estimated 25,000 m².
Concrete Reinforcement
Usually floor reinforcement involves utilizing the steel reinforcement frames and meshes, that is time-consuming and expensive. However, the All-P Group suggested an innovative solution by picking polypropylene fibers as an alternative. Polypropylene fibers are utilized for consistent micro-reinforcement of concrete mixes, ensuring reinforcement throughout the entire volume of the floor.
Our experience with this material has shown that polypropylene microfibers significantly reduce the risk of micro-cracking, that leads to larger cracks. Additionally, these fibers enhance the microstructural density of the concrete, thereby improving the final appearance and durability of concrete surfaces. This solution was approved by the client, and decreased both the project timeline and overall expenses.

Work process:
During the project execution, we implemented cutting-edge technologies, including fiber-reinforced concrete, a special concrete mix for this site, and premium European materials, along with construction documentation provided by an international construction company ensured the highest standards.

- Laying a polyethylene membrane and installing removable formwork according to pouring maps

- Concrete compaction using a deep vibrator and vibrating screed
- Applying topping and troweling with disks into the concrete mixture
- Applying curing agent to ensure the strength and durability of the concrete floor
- Cutting expansion and shrinkage joints
- Achieving a textured surface effect for exterior screeding
During the winter period, we continued our works. Due to internal heating, the temperature at the site was maintained at +5°C. The project deadlines were successfully met. The grand opening of the Coca-Cola plant took place on May 15, 2024.
