Phase 1 of Concrete Floor Construction at the Brewery Facility:
Work is being carried out in three zones, taking into account the functional requirements and load conditions.
Site Improvement (5,000 m²)
Industrial concrete M400 (200 mm), reinforced with polypropylene fiber. Placement performed using a laser screed, with the formation of anti-slip joints.
Warehouse Building (4,700 m²)
Industrial concrete M350 with surface hardener (topping), 200 mm thick. To optimize costs and performance, polypropylene fiber was used instead of steel reinforcement, and a profiled membrane Planter replaced the traditional blinding layer.
Open Storage Area (3,500 m²)
Industrial concrete M400 (100 mm), reinforced with polypropylene fiber.
